Hotel booking: Hotel details will be provided upon completion of ACC Meeting registration. Please note, the hotel Group Rate of $339 is available to registered ACC Meeting participants only. The hotel Group Rate expires October 21, so don't delay. NOTE: As of October 21, the hotel group rate has expired, but there are a limited number of rooms still available at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami.  If you are in need of a room, book it soon before it's completely sold out.  There is also a Kimpton Epic hotel right across the street from the Marquis with similar pricing.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. You may cancel without penalty if your cancellation request is received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the meeting (October 21, 2025). Due to financial obligations incurred by the ACC, no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.
