ACC Meeting Rates:
- Early Bird Member Cost: $1,250
- Early Bird Non-Member Cost: $1,750
- After February 28 Member Cost: $1,450
- After February 28 Non-Member Cost: $1,950
Hotel booking: Hotel details will be provided upon completion of ACC Meeting registration. Please note, the hotel Group Rate of $349 is available to registered ACC Meeting participants only. The hotel Group Rate expires March 31st, so don't delay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. You may cancel without penalty if your cancellation request is received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the meeting (March 31, 2025). Due to financial obligations incurred by the ACC, no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.
