 Hotel booking: Hotel details will be provided upon completion of ACC Meeting registration. Please note, the hotel Group Rate of $299 is available to registered ACC Meeting participants only. The hotel Group Rate expires October 15, so don't delay. NOTICE: As of October 15, the ACC Room Block at the Marriott Harbor Beach hotel is SOLD OUT. Rooms may still be available in the conference hotel at a higher rate. Alternatively, there are other hotel options within the area.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. You may cancel without penalty if your cancellation request is received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the meeting (October 20, 2026). Due to financial obligations incurred by the ACC, no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event. NOTICE: As of October 20, refunds for cancellations are no longer possible but you are welcome to substitute another colleague to attend in your place. In the event you have a room with the ACC hotel block and still must cancel, please contact Rose at [email protected] so that your room can be reassigned to another attendee on the wait list. This will ensure there is no charge for the hotel portion of your conference attendance.
Registrant List and Contact Data: Please be advised that the list available here on the ACC website identifies registrant company, job titles, and industry but omits detailed contact information to protect people’s privacy from scammers who attempt to sell our information. Complete registrant lists with contact details are sent out directly to meeting registrants via email.
